SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped out from our Los Angeles, California warehouse within 14 business days. (Unless stated otherwise in the product description)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered.
We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally!
For the cheapest, fastest, & most secure international shipping, please select your country’s flag in the top right corner of the website.
Please note that international orders shipping via USPS are subject to longer transit times and duties/taxes.
This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local countries duties and taxes.
Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees.
For international orders that have been in-transit for more than 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office (not Wahlid..) to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders.
The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.
Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website.
As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.
Once you have been notified about your package’s departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.
Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void
